SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Taxes, Duties & Import Charges:

All products are sold exclusive of taxes and duties. Orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis.
Any customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, or local government charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the consignee and are payable upon arrival. These charges are assessed by government authorities and administered by the courier or customs broker. Bespoke Craft Hardware has no control over, and cannot pre-calculate or absorb, such charges.
Shipping Origin & Dispatch Timelines:
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in India.

  • Order Dispatch: Within 2–3 business days after full payment confirmation
  • Shipping Method: Express international courier
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 7–10 business days, subject to customs clearance and destination-specific conditions

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Remote & Extended Delivery Areas:


Certain delivery locations may be classified as remote or extended service areas by courier partners. In such cases, additional surcharges may apply. Clients will be informed prior to dispatch if any supplemental charges are required.


Partnership Program:


Approved Partnership Program members receive a 20% preferential trade discount.

To apply, please complete the registration form available under the Partnership Program section of our website. Membership approval is subject to review and verification.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed strictly by our Return & Cancellation Policy and Warranty Policy.


Due to the bespoke and precision-crafted nature of our products, not all items are eligible for return or exchange. Clients are strongly advised to review the applicable policies prior to placing an order. Where permitted, returns require prior authorization and must comply with all stated conditions.


Payments & Order Processing:

Full payment must be completed before any order is processed or dispatched.


Accepted payment methods include major international credit and debit cards and secure payment platforms, including:
American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Elo, Google Pay, JCB, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, Visa, and Direct Bank Transfers.


In the event of payment discrepancies, authorization failures, or compliance checks, order processing will be placed on hold until resolution.


Order Cancellations:


Cancellation requests must be submitted as early as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Approved cancellations, where applicable, are subject to the terms outlined in our Return & Cancellation Policy, including non-refundable payment processing fees.


Shipping Information & Delivery Accuracy


Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping and contact information at checkout.

  • Delivery addresses cannot be changed after dispatch
  • Bespoke Craft Hardware is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client

Pricing, Availability & Backorders


All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Product availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation. Backorders are not accepted in the event a product is out of stock.


Warranty Reference:


Warranty coverage is provided in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, warranty coverage does not extend beyond the periods specified in that policy.
