Residential Warranty:
Bespoke Craft Hardware warrants its brass products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product when purchased and used by the original residential owner. In addition, all internal operating
mechanisms—including locks, latches, and related components—are warranted for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase.
At its sole discretion, Bespoke Craft
Hardware will repair or replace any product or component found to be defective and covered under this warranty. Proof of purchase dated within the applicable warranty period may be required to validate a claim.

Finish Disclaimer:
The patina finish applied to our brass products is a living finish. This finish
is designed to evolve naturally over time due to factors such as handling,
environmental exposure, climate conditions, and usage. As these conditions vary from installation to installation, finish appearance and wear are not covered under this warranty.

 Commercial Warranty:
For commercial applications, Bespoke Craft Hardware provides:

• A ten (10) year warranty on brass products
• A five (5) year warranty on internal mechanisms
  This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal commercial use.
  The patina finish is a living finish and
  will naturally change based on usage intensity and environmental exposure. Finish wear or appearance is not covered under the commercial warranty.

Bespoke Craft Hardware shall not be
liable for:

• Labor costs associated with removal or re-installation of products
• Freight, shipping, postage, or handling charges
• Damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, modification, or improper installation 

Warranty Returns & Authorization:
All warranty claims and returns must be pre-authorized by Bespoke Craft Hardware. A valid Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be issued prior to returning any product. Returns received without an RGA will not be accepted. Products must be returned in accordance with the issued authorization and in compliance with Bespoke Craft Hardware’s
return and packaging guidelines.
