Return & Cancellation Policy

Product Sampling Recommendation:
To ensure complete confidence in your
selection, we strongly encourage clients to order a sample (single item)
prior to placing a full order. This allows for first-hand evaluation of finish,
color, texture, and detailing. As natural materials and hand-applied finishes
may appear differently across digital screens, sampling helps avoid unnecessary returns.

Returns Eligibility:
Should you wish to return an item, we will accept returns within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of
delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in pristine, original condition
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • Opened or used items are not eligible for return, as they cannot be resold (Items supplied in re-sealable packaging may be resealed and returned if unused)All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) calendar days of delivery.

Return Authorization:
All returns require prior approval from

Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt and inspection at our facility
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

Restocking & Shipping Charges:

  • All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the order is canceled prior to dispatch
  • Multiple returns from the same client may be consolidated and treated as a single return
  • The minimum return value must exceed USD 300

Order Cancellations:
Cancellation requests must be submitted at the earliest possible time. While we will make every effort to
accommodate cancellations, they cannot be guaranteed once an order enters processing or production.

  • All approved cancellations are subject to a 2.9% payment processing fee, which is non-refundable

Manufacturing Defects:
In the rare event that a product
arrives with a manufacturing defect, please notify us promptly with a
description of the issue and, where possible, supporting images. Verified manufacturing defects will be replaced at no additional cost.
