Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be completed prior to order processing.
  • Orders will only be confirmed after successful payment authorization.

Payment Discrepancies

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processed and dispatched.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at the time of order placement.
  • Customers are responsible to provide the necessary documents required for their custom to release the shipment without delay or RTO.
  • The company shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Delivery Address Modification

  • Delivery address changes are not permitted once the order has been dispatched.

Pricing Policy

  • We reserve the right to update or modify pricing without prior notice.
  • Prices applicable at the time of order confirmation shall be final.

Stock Availability

  • Orders are subject to stock availability.
  • Backorders are not accepted in the event of stock unavailability.
