Payment Terms
- Full payment must be completed prior to order processing.
- Orders will only be confirmed after successful payment authorization.

Payment Discrepancies
- In case of payment failure, delay, or discrepancy, order processing will remain on hold until the issue is resolved.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once processed and dispatched.

Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at the time of order placement.
- Customers are responsible to provide the necessary documents required for their custom to release the shipment without delay or RTO.
- The company shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Delivery Address Modification
- Delivery address changes are not permitted once the order has been dispatched.
Pricing Policy
- We reserve the right to update or modify pricing without prior notice.
- Prices applicable at the time of order confirmation shall be final.
Stock Availability
- Orders are subject to stock availability.
- Backorders are not accepted in the event of stock unavailability.
