Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Everything you need to know about our luxury brass hardware before you order.

About Our Products

What materials do you use?

All our products are crafted using 100%
solid brass, never plated or hollow. Each piece is designed to offer
durability, weight, and a premium feel that lasts for years.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every piece is handcrafted by
skilled artisans, creating unique handcrafted brass fittings with
subtle variations that add character.

Will the finish change over time?

For non-lacquered brass items: Yes, and that’s the beauty of solid brass. Over time, it develops a natural patina, adding character and depth. If you prefer a polished look, it can easily be maintained.
For lacquered finish items (Bronze, Light Bronze, Black finishes): the finish will not change over time.
For plated finish items (Satin Nickel, Polished Nickel): the finish will not change over time.
